CV7-C is the high speed ultrasonic wind sensor.
The long carbon arm allows the CV7-C sensor to measure the wind further from the disturbance caused by the rigging and sails.
Lightweight: less than 150 gr (arm included).
The CV7-C has a data rate which is twice as fast as the CV7 and CV7-V.
The CV7-C has excellent performance in electromagnetic conditions, often met in offshore races.
CV7-C has been tested at sea in collaboration with famous offshore skippers on mini6.50 and class40 (ERDF- Des Pieds et des Mains, Damien Seguin/ Yoann Richomme).Damien Seguin/ Yoann Richomme).
This sensor can be set up to meet the specific requirements of offshore race boats.
It can be used connected to a PC and to any system featuring a NMEA® input port. We can offer specific interfaces to requirement.
All LCJ Capteurs are designed and manufactured in the Nantes region in France where they are fully tested throughout the manufacturing process.
